spina

“SPINA released their debut recording “EP One” in February 2026. At five tracks and just under 24 minutes long, it’s an impressive set that establishes the quartet as one of the most promising heavy bands in the state. SPINA is fuzzy and sludgy and riff-y, of course, but also noisy and weird and as punk rock as they are heavy metal.” - Ben Salmon for the Bulletin
